As Prides continue the momentum of 2014, they have announced that they will be play the Inverness as part of their first tour of 2015.
The band debuted at Brew at the Bog in 2013 and have since unleashed their brand of electronica, or “Scotronica” possibly, with an un-relentlessness fervor. Aided of course by an ability to create addictive songs that sound massive in scope.
“Prides seem to have a knack for creating songs with big chorus’ and ridiculously catchy lyrics that you’ll always find yourself singing along to” observed our reviewer last year when they played Hootananny.
Indeed songs such as ‘Out of the Blue’ retain in equal proportions an ability to create a familiar 80’s vibe, with something fresh and contemporary.With a significant of festivals played this year on of the highlights must be when Prides joined Kylie Minogue, Lulu and Deacon Blue to perform at the Commonwealth Games Closing Ceremony.
