If you are reading this and still have not get tickets use this Belladrum 2022 ticket link to make sure you do not miss out.
You have ten words to describe your act, no more no less…
Experienced musicians doing what they love, no boundaries, no drama.

As an act how how does it feel to be back post-COVID?
It’s all very new for The Broken Creels, collectively we have existed entirely post covid.
Given the myths and legends theme of Belladrum 2022, can you tell us a myth or legend of Broken Creels?
Someone in the band may or may not have accidentally chinned an A-List Hollywood celebrity.
Which legend (non-musical!) would you have appear on stage with you and what song would you play with them?
Michael J Fox, dressed in his TeenWolf gear for some howling during our song Moon Howler.
There have been a few musical legends play Belladrum over the years which performance would you most like the opportunity to see again?
The first year I played Belladrum Frightened Rabbit also appeared, sadly, we won’t get to see them ever again.
How are you preparing for your Belladrum performance, what are your plans after you have played?
Preparation wise; rehearsing & writing. The aftermath; to get rather drunk and celebrate our very own brass neck…..whilst searching for clean toilets…
If your set only consisted of three songs and one extra cover, which ones would they be and why?
Friend or Foe, Circle The Wagons, Killing on the Rail Line (a good spread of what we do) and cover wise either Donovan’s Season of the Witch or Chris Stapleton’s Midnight train to Memphis (because those are the ones we have played with).
And a wee bit of festival madness…
Who’d win a fight between Nessie and Godzilla?
Nessie obviously, Godzilla’s a bit of a fanny
You’re out for a few drinks, what other artist that you know, would turn it in to a legendary night?
Bob Dylan, he has his own whisky (whiskey), right?
Is Nessie real?
Of course…..She only hides from tourists….
What would you rather fight, a unicorn the size of Nessie or 20 unicorn sized Nessies?
Ridiculous, no such thing as Unicorns…
What is your favourite urban legend?
Big Foot, I’m absolutely mad for all the stories. I lived in California a few years back and have travelled through the Red Wood Forest during various tours, the shear scale is truly magnificent, anything could be in there!
If you had to form a 4 piece band from legendary creatures what instrument would each play and why? Also what would you call the Mythical band?
Big Foot on the kick drum, Count Duckula on the ivories, Frankenstein on the bass, Mumra on the cowbell. The band name?? 80s Kids Tv band!
You can see The Broken Creels at Belladrum 2022, performing on Friday 29th July @ 8PM (Trailer Trash Stage). All things Belladrum can be found on our Belladrum Festival Page.
