Getting excited for Hogmanay celebrations? We look at some ideas and advice as to how to how to get the most out of the Red Hot Highland Fling 2018/19.
Get in the Mood
Whilst you will not avoid the Scottish traditional vibe, the trio of acts are well worth checking out before the gig;
Bring the Kids

Identified as a family friendly event, the night will have plenty for older kids to be entertained by, wether it’s the fireworks, the dancing or the music.
No tickets required

There are no tickets required for Red Hot Highland Fling, just walk on up and enjoy. And Yes. It is free.
Keep warm

The Red Hot Highland Fling, tends to be anything but Red Hot, current predictions are looking at -1 so wrap up warm and dance. Dance a lot!!
Walk in

The council normally suggest that if you are taking your car, to use car parking in the town (so the multi storey at Rose Street makes the most sense). It will be only Disabled Parking (for Blue Badge Holders) that will be available at the site on the night.
TAXI!!!

If you are needing a taxi, pre-book one, saves you the hassle and ensure there is one waiting for you. Inverness Taxis are a very good place to start 01463 222222.
Get on the big screen

The big screen is frequently used for posting messages to loved ones and such like, to get a message on the screen either Text Keyword irhhf to 07786 206955 or Tweet Message &/or picture with #irhhf. Messages are being accepted NOW.
Drink up

No food and drink are allowed to be taken into the arena, so be careful with those hip flasks and packets of sweeties to keep the kids happy. Security searches will be taking place on the night prior to admission.
Get The T-shirt

The Red Hot Highland Fling has got a new logo for 2018 and with that a brand new batch of merchandise, which you can check out here.
Keep the Party Going

The celebrations will continue until in town until 4am, so please get along and keep dancing til dawn.
