Bryan Adams to play Inverness in July 2017.
The Canadian rocker will visit the Highlands to play his only Scotland show of the year. Whilst he dominated the charts in 1991 with “(Everything I Do) I Do It For You” he has an array of hits including ‘Summer of ’69’, ‘Heaven’ and ‘Run to You’. The Canadian rocker released his 13th album ‘Get Up’ in October in 2015, which Adrian Thrills of the Mail on line said “there’s no denying he delivers with exuberance, affection and panache”.
His show held in Montrose Links in 2016 showed that he was very much the showman and that the appetite and enthusiasm from the audience is still very high.
LCC Live’s Director, Les Kidger was very pleased with the announcement stating;“It’s been a life-long dream of mine to bring Bryan Adams to Inverness for an outdoor show, so I’m absolutely thrilled to be staging his only Scottish show in 2017, in Inverness. This is a massive coup for LCC Live, but also for the people of Inverness and the Highlands.”
Bryan Adams joins a roster of previously announced LCC Live promoted gigs ,under the Live in the City banner, to happen in Inverness next year; The Beach Boys and Olly Murs.
