Dublin based Raglans play Mad Hatters, Hootannay in March.
The Raglans are described as an Irish indie-folk band and their debut, self titled, album was released in March 2014 which was produced by Jay Reynolds (Pulp, The Verve) and mixed by Brian Lucy (Arctic Monkeys, Black Keys). Whilst ‘Digging Holes’, the opening track on the album has stolen the most attention, the album is full of tunes worthy of the hype that has been piled on the band.
They have supported the Strypes whilst also finding themselves on the same bill as The Libertines when they played Hyde Park.
“We play hard”, identifies their Facebook page description but considering that by March the Raglans will have already commenced a UK tour whilst chucking in dates in the Netherlands and Australia, they work damn hard as well.
Raglans play Mad Hatters on the 18th of March, tickets available on-line.
