Gordon James and the Power to play Inverness in November.
The five-piece band will return to headline the Ironworks for a third time at the end of 2020. Described by RaveChild as managing to “skilfully combine an array of diverse influences with a quintessentially Scottish sound”, the band’s evolution is matched only by the band’s passion for their music.
2019 saw the band play an impressive array of festivals including Camden Rocks, Belladrum and XpoNorth, sharing the line-up with the likes of Twin Atlantic, Texas and James. The year ended with the release of ‘Nights on the Moon‘ described as “Ticking all the boxes in regards to properly heartfelt ‘lighters aloft’ music”.
In 2020 the band (in a slimmed down version) were selected by the Tom Walker himself to support him at Strathpeffer Pavilion. The return to The Ironworks promises to be a special gig for a difficult year.
Gordon James and the Power, with support TBA as they play Ironworks Venue, Inverness on the 28th of November 2020.
Pre sale tickets go on sale this Friday at 9am for £5. General sale starts Friday 8th May for £8. Tickets will be sold through Gordon James and The Power’s social media as well as a ticket web available
