Iain McLaughlin and the Outsiders, Dr Wook, Spring Break, Woodentooth and The DiHydro play benefit gig for Mikey’s Line at The Ironworks, Inverness.

On Saturday night local bands came together to raise money for Mikey’s Line and the Hive Project. Our photographer Alan Cruickshank was there to capture all the action on stage.

Mikeysline was set up back in 2015 to provide support to people in the Highlands in times of need. They have a text service available on 07779 303 303 – more details are available on their website

The Hive is The Highland’s first out of hours mental health crisis centre, based at 19 Academy Street, Inverness. This ambitious local initiative provides a safe place to those who are in need of it. Coupled with the text service, the joint aim is to reduce social isolation. They want to help vulnerable people maintain their mental health on a continuous basis.
