Keir Gibson, Connor Johnston and Park Circus head up new additions on the line-up for the Tartan Heart Festival
Line-up curator, Bob Bull, on introducing the bill said “From it’s roots providing a platform for local acts both young and old, it now hosts performers from all around Scotland, and we are particularly proud to give opportunities for young musicians to begin their festival careers.”
This year certainly sees an impressive amount of debutantes including Keir Gibson, Connor Johnston, Sharon Martin, Sarah Gallacher, Kelvin Ross, Alice Brown, Elis McFadyen, Wilson Noble and Stephen Mackintosh.
They will be joined by the acoustic rock of Gordon James and The Power, Lazy Jams, Park Circus (acoustic, but certainly well fancied new-comers), Niven and Gavin, Fonsecas, Alan Frew Band and Moteh Parrot. Scottish music will be represented by Calum Mackenzie Jones and The Trad Project, Strumness, Sons O’ the soil and duo Donald and Peigi Barker.
Belladrum 2018 will be held on Thursday 2 nd – Saturday 4th August 2018.
