We ask Anchor Lane a few question ahead of their gig at XpoNorth in June.

Who are you and what do you do?

We are Anchor Lane, a four piece rock band from Glasgow.

There is so many acts and other things happening at XpoNorth, what makes your band stand out ?

We are an energetic live presence with groovy riffs and catchy choruses. If you come to an Anchor Lane show you’re going to have a great time!

For the band, what has give you the greatest sense of achievement so far in your career?

Two big ones for us have been getting included in this years Download Festival and our first sell out show in our hometown, Glasgow!

What’s on the horizon?

We’re currently working towards our first album and hope to be ready to get recording very soon!

Where can we catch you ?

Over the course of this summer we are playing Download Festival on Saturday 9th of June, Stone Free Festival Saturday 16th of June, Isle Of Wight Sunday 24th of June, Hard Rock Hell Festival 9th Of November and we’re returning to a Winter Storm 23rd/24th of November.
