Huxtable to play Inverness in October.
Described as “classic rock at its classiest…!”, Huxtable aka Jordan Yates and William Brown are purveyors of “Riff Rock” ,who create an almost impossible amount of noise between the two of them. It certainly was a glorious noise indeed. Previous tracks such as ‘Shut Up’ emphasises their high octane billing and drawing similarities to Rage Against The Machine and Queens Of The Stone Age, it is perhaps unsurprising that they were nominated for the much coveted SAMA award in 2015.
Looking to the future their new EP titled ‘Change Shape Future’ is out on the 29th September 2017. Whilst apprehensive the band discussed their original plans;
“We’ve been writing for about 18 months, the original plan was to do an album- but we decided that an EP would be the best way to go- It’s quite a nerve racking thing having been in a little bubble for so long and now we are thinking this is the most confident record we have made, let’s see if people agree! It’s an excited nervousness.”
Earth 616 Promotions and Kid A Music presents; Huxtable, with support from Twin Heart at the Tooth & Claw, Inverness on October the 14th.
