Catholic Action to play Inverness in February.

Chris McCrory leads the trio in their assured and engaging frontman was asked to describe the band in an interview. “Too fun to fondle” was the cute and ever so appropriate answer especially if you have listened to their previous releases  ‘L.U.V.’, ‘Breakfast’ and ‘Rita Ora’.

They certainly have not gone unnoticed with Annie Mac, Huw Stephens,NME and The Independent along the way all championing the band in the past couple of years.

New single ‘Doing Well’ has just been announced along with the news that their debut album , which will be released by new independent label Modernsky, will be unleashed later in 2017.

Their five star Skinny live review concludes with “it’s a polished, giddying performance of the kind you’d expect from a band twice as seasoned”. Chris McCrory has without doubt taken to the role of frontman , after previously being drummer for Casual Sex.

Their forthcoming gig in Inverness marks an ongoing relationship with the area which saw the band play Inverness on their first tour. Catholic Action visit the Highlands this time as they near the end of a thirteen date tour which has also seen them play throughout England including Newcastle, Leicester and London for Camden Rising.

Catholic Action ,with support from Garden of Elks, play the Tooth & Claw Inverness on February the 23rd.
