Denis Sulta to feature in July at Thuture.

The club night ,which specialises in underground house and techno, continues to showcase the biggest upcoming electronic talent from the UK and closer to home.
Djing in July will be Denis Sulta (aka Hector Barbour) who has been gaining support from the likes of Julio Bashmore and Skream. With 2014 seeing Dixon Avenue Basement Jams release ‘Sulta Selects Vol.1’, his growing stature sees him headlining the Boiler Room at Sub Club on the 21st of July.
When talking to Fabric London, who described him as Glasgow’s latest prospect, Denis Sulta described his influences; “… I was heavily influenced by Hudson Mohawke and Jackmaster and definitely all those Numbers guys because I really liked the bold and brashiness of their music and the way they played in the club and stuff. I’m all about the energy, all the house sets that Jack used to play were all absolutely amazing.”
Whilst the night will remain a midweek sanctuary, the night moves venue to Vinyl, with the organisers stating “[they] have been incredibly welcoming and offered us a great low ceiling space with complete creative freedom to bring our own sound system and Thuture feel to the venue. Thursday nights will see a complete contrast to the club, one that we can proudly use to continue the progression of the scene.”
Thuture with support from resident DJ’s Mark Mackenzie and Alottarhythmman will be hosted Vinyl, Castle Street, Inverness on July 30th from 10pm.
More details on Thuture can be found on their Facebook page.
