Inverness Gigs has agreed to help sponsor the Inverness Caledonian Thistle supporters flag for the cup final against Falkirk at Hampden.
The brainchild of Inverness Caley Thistle fan Rhuaridh Duncan, the flag which will measure 20ft by 12 ft is hoped to spur the team along to victory against Falkirk at the cup final on the 30th of May.
Owner of Inverness Gigs Chris Lemon said;
“As we reach our fifth birthday, Inverness Gigs is absolutely delighted to be given the opportunity to get behind John Hughes and the team and their quest to bring silverware back to Inverness.
With the city getting behind the boys for the final we felt it only right that we play our part too. We hope the flag gives the supporters the luck that they are hoping for!”
Rhuaridh Duncan added;
“Absolutely thrilled to tell you all that Inverness Gigs are getting involved with our Banner Fund!! The past couple of hours has seen 1 or 2 emails going back and fore, and now delighted to tell you all that they are going to give us the remaining money so our target of £400 is met!!
So, not only are you the fans getting involved, but a local business too!! Well chuffed like!!”
