The singer/songwriter and pianist comes up to the area in January.
Kathryn Joseph was described by GoldFlake Paint as having “the kind of voice that break a day straight down the middle”. Kathryn was tipped as a “One to Watch for 2015” by those in the know including Vic Galloway.
She has recorded her debut album which was was captured predominantly live in just a week by Scottish music industry veteran Marcus Mackay at the Diving Bell Lounge.
In an interview with Lis Ferla, Kathryn Joseph said of the tour;
“We’ve only performed twice so far, our other gig being part of the East End Social on the Duke Street Expo day… we played in Tibo and it felt amazing again.
Like how I think drugs must feel, but I’ve never taken drugs. So yes, what I’m looking forward to most about the launch gigs is just getting to play. It is my favourite.”
