New Strathpeffer music festival, AmaSing, launches Bohemian Rhapsody sing-a-long fundraiser to take place on the 5th of May at Strathpeffer Pavilion.
amaSing is an acoustic song themed multi-venue festival across Strathpeffer to be held on the 31st of August and 1st of September. The aim of the aim of the festival is to create and accessible and interactive event or, as defined by their website, “engage. explore. experience.“
Fundraising for the event starts in earnest with singers (organisers are keen to emphasise of all abilities) invited to join the production/ re-versioning of Queen classic Bohemian Rhapsody. A day of “music and banter” conducted by Christopher Barr will end with an entry by-donation concert at 6pm at the Pavillion.
The event will be held on the 5th of May 12-5:30pm, singers will be charged £5. The concert will start at 6pm, both to be held at Strathpeffer Pavilion.
