Rooty Ma toot Big Band comes to the Ironworks,Inverness on the 1st of February 2013.

Rooty Ma toot Big Band playing a variety of tunes from  Classic Big Band Swing, Jazz, to Sixties Soul, played by some of the top musicians around Inverness. They have a fluctuating line up including Piano, Bass, Drums, Guitar, 3 or 4 Trumpets, 3 or 4 Trombones and 5 Saxes. Vocals coming from Des Devine, Julie Keen and Jilly Anderson. Formed in 2000, the band have played Ironworks previously whilst also having playing the main stage of Belladrum and other festivals including the Black Isle Brewery’s Summer Shinding.
