Frank Turner to play Ironworks, Inverness on the 11th of December.
The Winchester born singer-songwriter initially started his music career with the punk band Million Dead before setting off on a solo career with his own brand of punk infused folk. His fourth and latest album ‘England Keep My Bones’ was released in June 2011 and garnered rave reviews with NME say “Turner brings an almost literal meaning to the notion of ‘traditional English punk’ and, as always, it’s a fearless venture for an artist with something interesting to say”. His performance at Belladrum 2011 gained many plaudits so a return to the area is not a complete surprise.
Another sell out, we think so….
