The Big Love Inflatable Church returns for Rockness 2012.

Following the success of previous years, the inflatable church will again host celebration and allow revellers to exchange vows. Demand is expected to be high, with one couple, Eilidh Jones and Steven Brockett from Glasgow already confirmed to get married in the venue.

For a small fee, payable upon booking and on a first come first served basis, lovebirds will get themselves and their guests dressed up to the nines and will be issued with a Big Love Wedding Certificate. Reverend Duncan Pritchard returns to oversee the weekend’s proceedings where RockNess lovebirds can find their perfect partner, invite their own wedding guests and get hitched in the only inflatable church in the
world! Alongside the Reverend will be his jilted, dishevelled brides and carefree choirboys.

Festival Director Jim King said “It’s great to have Matt the Hat and his amazing Big Love Inflatable Church back at RockNess. We missed them last year.  Matt, his brilliant team and the Church itself stands for everything the festival represents…RockNess is for Lovers not Fighters xxx”

A lifelong passion for music matched with a geeky fascination for social media and websites resulted in the creation of Inverness Gigs back in 2010. The aim of the site is to help promote, support and generally raise awareness of the local music scene. In fairness fifteen years of being a psychiatric nurse never prepared me for the experiences that we have had over the last few years and the evolution of Inverness Gigs has certainly been a steep learning curve.I currently write (less and less), edit and co-ordinate most of the Inverness Gigs activities.Occasionally seen on Twitter, and  LinkedIn, if you want get in touch you can contact me via our Facebook page.
