The band was formed during your time at College, what drew you guys together?

M: Me and Rhys the singer had been jamming for quite a while before college and we then met Aly at college and he joined into one of the songs whilst we were jamming we then asked john to play bass and the band was formed !!

You have got quite a list of influences, which are the strongest influences on your sound?

M: Me and Rhys are influenced hugely by the view and oasis and the Beatles whilst Aly is obsessed with Blink 182 so the band is kind of in the style of the view e.t.c with a hint of blink.

How are you looking forward to you gig at the Phoenix, why should folk come along to see you?

M: We have been practising for months and fell we have a very strong set , the songs are catchy and have that sing along feel to them and hopefully they should appeal to all.

What are your plans for the forthcoming months?

M: we hope to be gigging a lot and to create a fan base and gather a following, we also hope to start recording our first E.P ‘Searching for Glory’.

If people have not heard you before which of your tracks would you recommend listening to and why?

Waiting for Come Out Tonight to be downloaded so at the moment have a look at another self penned song

M: ”Come Out Tonight” its is very catchy and bouncy and is basically about getting drunk withy our mates and having a good time so hopefully sets the mood for the gig. There will be a recording on our Facebook page very soon but if you want to hear sooner you will have to come to our gig in the Phoenix Bar, Inverness on the 2nd of December to hear ;)

A lifelong passion for music matched with a geeky fascination for social media and websites resulted in the creation of Inverness Gigs back in 2010. The aim of the site is to help promote, support and generally raise awareness of the local music scene. In fairness fifteen years of being a psychiatric nurse never prepared me for the experiences that we have had over the last few years and the evolution of Inverness Gigs has certainly been a steep learning curve.I currently write (less and less), edit and co-ordinate most of the Inverness Gigs activities.Occasionally seen on Twitter, and  LinkedIn, if you want get in touch you can contact me via our Facebook page.
