The Side have announced that they are splitting up. The following statement was posted on their facebook page:
Hello Everyone…after a lot of thought…we’re afraid to say that we’re Officially Splitting Up :( We can’t thank you all enough for all your support over the years, we’ve had some amazing times!! But it’s now sadly the end of the road for us. We’ll hopefully see some of you at B Fest on Sat and we will def be having a final farewell gig very soon xxxx
The Side have had some fantastic opportunities and gigs but it is a frustrating end to a band that have shown so much potential.
The Side however will be playing BFest on Saturday and as identified above will be planning a farewell gig.
