Belladrum have announced that both Echo and the Bunnymen and Frightened Rabbit have been added to the bill for this year’s festival. Lets just hope Ian McCulloch is less grumpy than his previous Belladrum gig, and a lot less feisty than he was during his Loopallu stay.
The Line-up has been given increased strength in depth with the addition of MC Xander, Young Rebbel Set, Anna Calvi, The Staves, “chart sensation” Birdy,Roddy Hart & The Lonesome Fire, Ed Sheeran,Wooden Box With A Fistful Of Fivers, The Amphetameanies and 3 Daft Monkeys.
Teddy Thompson, who was very keen on playing Bella, has also been added to the bill. Also named are Torridon, The Dangleberries, Emile Sande, Lucy Rose, Rooty Ma Toot Big Band and local act Iain McLaughlin and the Outsiders.
Square Wheels Potting Shed sees Jerry Harmon, Dave Sharp, Catford, The Wellgreen, Jason Ringenberg, Rise and Doug, Matt Urmy, Dumb Instrument, Adriana Spina, Charlie Roth, Gerry Jablonski and the Electric Band.
Advance adult weekend tickets are £90. They include parking and camping, except for campervans and caravans which will be charged £30 per vehicle.. As in previous years, tickets for children 12 & under are free.
