MOCKNESS for Inverness debut

MOCKNESS comes to Ironworks Venue in June, 2018.

As the thirst for tribute bands in the Highlands remained unquenched, MOCKNESS brings a collection of the best in the country to play a new event.

Hells Bells have played gigs throughout Europe and further in their 20 year plus career as the UK’s finest and most entertaining tribute to the great AC/DC. “Spot-on, musically impeccable, cover-wise audaciously sensational, Hells Bells put on a fearlessly spirited set, jam-packed with explosive takes of original classics” heralded James Anderson.

McFleetwood have had a busy 2017 playing dates across Scotland (including a great turn out for their Inverness gig), earning great reviews from their audiences which has seen them described as “Scotland’s Top Fleetwood Mac tribute”.

With rumours continuing that The Stone Roses have split after their gig in Hamden Park gig in Glasgow, it is perhaps no surprise that The Complete Stone Roses have been invited to join the party. As one of the UK’s most well-known, most seen and most successful tribute bands, the Madchester legacy is in good hands.

With a passion for the music that is clearly evident ,”everything the band does is all about what the fans want to see” boasts their bio, Definitely Oasis will also be joining the bill. I guess we will have to ‘Roll with it’.

Perhaps having the best name for a tribute band that we have seen Pity the Foo promises all the Foo Fighters hits to sing and dance along to; from Learn To Fly to Monkey Wrench.

Promoter of the event, Steve Robertson said;

“We know that there is a great hunger for live music & entertainment in the Highlands and we are looking forward to hosting a monster party in Inverness that celebrates some of the biggest Rock & Indie acts ever”

Good Times Rolls presents MOCKNESS at the Ironworks, Inverness, on the 30th of June, 2018.
