Take The Time for Meeshelle

28th of October sees the launch of Meeshelle Newell’s single, ‘Take the Time” on the 28th of October, 2013.

Gaining the attention of the likes of Craig Charles and Carl Cox with The Leonard Jones Potential, Meeshelle has been combining her role as fronting the band with pursuing a solo career. Meeshelle’s brand of ” acoustic chilled out Jazzy music” is perfectly showcased in her debut release “Take the Time”. An album, which promises to “capture the power and purity of an exceptional singing talent”, is promised to be following soon.

The launch night of the single will be hosted at The Village as part of their Soul Night in the Basement on the 26th of October from 7pm. You can also catch Meeshelle at HMV Inverness for a half hour acoustic set on Thursday the 31st of October.
