The Wildflowerz announce new singer

The Wildflowerz have announced that Beck Mutch, formerly of Naked Red, as the new singer of the Wildflowerz. This follows the news that Sarah Mackay has left the band to concentrate on her various solo projects and role in Scooty and the Skyhooks.

After the bands inception in 2008, achieving the right line-up has been a
continual challenge. However, the Wildflowerz are now absolutely delighted
to name their new singer.

³We are extremely excited with the new line-up. I can honestly say we have
never sounded as good.² Said guitarist Dave Mackenzie this week.

Becky joins bassist Joe Macrae and original members Dave Mackenzie, Mark
Allison and David McIntosh.

The band have already started recording in the studio and hope to be out
playing live at the end of the year.
